MSWGA Team Championships
Midland Senior Womens Golf Association County Team championships were played between 30th September and 2nd October at Staverton Park Golf Club.
The Nottinghamshire players taking part were (left to right) Karen Hayter, Caron Harrison, Carol Houghton, Rosemary Lockwood, Loraine Howd, Leanne Disney, Janet Peters, Sue Penfold and Andrea Stockdale (organiser).
This is an annual end of season tournament run for members of the MSWGA. We have a greensome competition, followed by 2 days of stroke play with 3 scores from 4 to count each day. This year our Notts Seniors 1st team came 4th overall from a field of 15 teams.
All information about the MSWGA can be found on our website. We are open to those aged 50 years +, with handicap index up to 36.0
