Well Done Girls!
Last week was a very good week for some of our Nottinghamshire Girls!
Massive congratulations to Maddie Smith who was the winner of the inaugural Walton Heath Jill Thornhill Rose competition played over 72 holes. With scores of 70, 71, 71, 77, Maddie was 7 under par and won on the first playoff hole.
She has just completed her first year at the University of Washington and is back in the UK on her summer break. Well done Maddie, great scoring!
Also played this week was the English Girls Open Strokeplay at Royal Norwich. Well done to our current junior champion Elizabeth Wilson who finished T4 and also finished 3rd place in the U16 category. Wonderful effort Lizzie! Full Results HERE.
