Coronation Cups 2024
On Monday 3rd June the County Coronation Cups competition was held at Springwater Golf Club. They gave us a lovely warm warm welcome. It's now June and fortunately the weather behaved itself!
Lady Captain Brenda and her team provided a fabulous half-way house, the cakes were yummy. Congratulations Brenda on making a great amount on your raffle, for such worthy charities.
The course was in great condition and a pleasure to play; It was tight and the rough quite thick, it was a good test of golf.
Congratulations to our winners, Maureen Baker and Virginia Whitehead from Ruddington with a great score of 44 points.
