Message from your County Captain
I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas and wish you all great golfing in 2026.
I would like to say how honoured I am to be your County Captain for 2026.
We have great 1st & 2nd team squads this year and Suzie Taylor, my Vice-Captain, and I are looking forward to working with them for our County matches. This year the MNR County Finals are at Shifnal, Shropshire where we will be doing our best to win the Trophy.
Details of most of the County Competitions are online and set up for you to enter on January 1st. The first is the Waltz at Springwater G.C. on Monday 27th April, enter early as this competition does get booked up. Members of the NCLGA committee, including Suzie and myself, will be there to welcome you.
My County Captains Day is at Notts Ladies G.C. (Hollinwell) on Friday 12th June, get your team in early.
Details of the County Championships, Coronation Cups, Summer & Autumn Meetings are all online. The Junior Girls & Intermediate Championships, which are being held at Oakmere Park on 10th May, will be added as soon as all relevant details have been confirmed.
Suzie and I look forward to seeing you throughout the year.
