An 18 hole qualifying medal.  This is the qualifying competition for:

• Girls' Under 18 Open Championship (open)
• Notts Unders 18 Handicap Cup (closed)
• Notts Bronze Division Scratch Salver (closed)
• Notts Under 16 Scratch Trophy (closed)
• Notts Under 14 Scratch Champion (closed)
• Daily Telegraph Under 18 qualifier (open)
• Midland Girls Champion of Champions (closed)
• EG Junior Champion of Champions (closed)

Entry fee £15 per person

Please note the following:

• Girls must have attained a handicap index of 36.0 or less at the time of entry
• Competitors are required to observe a reasonable standard of dress and etiquette on the course and in the clubhouse. Denim jeans, tracksuits and round neck t-shirts are not permitted on the course.
• The use of trolley pullers or caddies is not permitted. Parents/guardians must stay off the fairways. They may assist in ball spotting but may not give advice. 
• Distance measuring devices are allowed.

Please help your child to prepare for this event by making sure that they have all the necessary equipment and suitable clothing, drinks, sun cream etc.

In the event of thunder and lightning, if the klaxon sounds, the instructions below MUST be followed: One long blast - it is mandatory that you leave the course.

If the klaxon is not sounded and a player believes there is a real danger by proceeding, she is entitled to discontinue play under Rule 6-8 (A)(ii)

If your child requires medication, they must have it available throughout the event and be able to self-administer. Parents/guardians are totally responsible for ensuring their child receives any necessary medication. NCLGA cannot administer medication.

The club cannot accept any liability for injury caused to other persons by visiting players whilst on club property and all players acknowledge that they enter on to the course or into the club premises at their own risk and consent to the risk of loss, damage or injury however caused.

Competitors are requested to report to the check in 30 minutes before their start time.

After entry, please complete the attached competition parental consent form if you have not completed one this year and return to Suzi Anderson
